This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) for a demonstration version of our software is a legal agreement between you (either as a natural or legal person) and Industrieberatung Peter Thielen for the software products listed here. By installing, copying, downloading, otherwise using or accessing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not entitled to install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and agreements. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold, for demonstration or evaluation purposes. This EULA entitles you to install, use, access, execute or otherwise interact with one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer.
Restriction of Rights
We (Industrieberatung Peter Thielen) reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Cancellation
Urrespective of other rights, Industrieberatung Peter Thielen is entitled to cancel this EULA if you violate the provisions of this EULA. In such a case you are obliged to destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all its components.

Property and copyright of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Industrieberatung Peter Thielen. All rights and intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as well as in content that can be accessed through the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright laws and other intellectual property laws and agreements. This EULA does not grant you any right to use such content. If this SOFTWARE PRODUCT contains documentation that is provided in electronic form only, you may print one copy of such electronic documentation. You are not entitled to reproduce the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Secure copy
After installing a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in compliance with this EULA, you may keep the original medium on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT was delivered by Industrieberatung Peter Thielen for backup or archiving purposes only. Under no circumstances may you make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or of the printed materials that accompany the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Warranty and Liability
Industrieberatung Peter Thielen does not guarantee that the demonstration or evaluation version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is free of errors; in the event of any errors, there is no claim to error correction by Industrieberatung Peter Thielen. Any liability claims against Industrieberatung Peter Thielen are excluded.
