- Laser cutting…
- Sintering…
>Surface finishing (galvanizing, powder coating)…>Pipe processing (IHU)…>Wire processing, bent wire parts. . …
The advantages of CALCSTAR: </Time and cost savings (Rapid Quoting),
- feasibility check according to checklists,
- comparison of the price determination according to the surcharge calculation at full costs and at partial costs (contribution margin) taking into account the market or target prices,
- high informative value by applying the relative contribution margin calculation,
- direct comparability of all created calculations in the form of sortable lists,
- identification of loss- and profit-prone articles,
- improvement of communication between several departments through network capability,
- Calculation taking into account the process costs in the area of material and distribution,

In the form work plan the individual operations are entered and displayed as parallel calculation (comparison of full costs and partial costs). The order time (ta) of the operation “punching” is precisely determined by the entries in the green field (strokes per minute).
In the lower part tool wear and amortisation costs can be calculated.
The costing printout is structured according to:
- material costs
- production costs
- V+V and profit surcharges…
The costs and prices determined according to the principle of surcharge calculation and contribution margin calculation are displayed in the right columns as parallel costing. The most important business ratios (contribution margin / h, total contribution margin …) are displayed in the lower area of the costing printout.
