FEMA supports the requirements of the QM systems according to ISO 9001, ISO/TS and IATF 16 949 with the following functions:
- Defect recording: Reported defects or complaints are documented in a recording form,
- Error ticker: New defects are displayed in a “live ticker”,
- Error evaluation: frequency, types of errors, cause, external and internal error costs, individually and time-related,
- 8D-Report,
- Immediate measures, with allocation of responsibility, special releases, can be documented and checked for effectiveness, printout of “LOCKED” and “RELEASE” cards!
- Per E-Mail new complaints can be communicated quickly,
- Multilingualism.
